  • What's SHIELDBOX?
    SHIELDBOX is a monthly subscription box designed for the law enforcement professional. Each month, we deliver useful gear, tools, supplies, and training materials tailored specifically for police officers, investigators, federal agents, and security personnel.
  • What types of products are included in a shipment?
    Each box contains an assortment of products from several categories including: -Police Gear -Emergency Medical Supplies -Range Equipment -Quick Food/Energy Products -Educational/Training Materials -Apparel/Accessories -Survival Tools STANDARD ShieldBox subscribers receive approximately 4-7 products worth an estimated $85+. PRO ShieldBox subscribers receive all of the standard items for the month, plus 1-3 additional items. ShieldBox Pro shipments are worth an estimated $170+. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
  • How does the monthly subscription work?
    As a subscriber, you'll receive a shipment once a month. Here's how it works: -Initial subscribers can sign up for the next month's shipment until the last day of the prior month. -As a subscriber, your box will typically ship out the first week of the month. You can expect to receive the shipment by the 2nd week of the month. -Your subscription will renew for the next shipment on the 15th of the month, starting the month after your initial subscription. You can cancel at anytime, just make sure to cancel before the automatic renewal on the 15th of the month, or you will be billed and receive the next shipment. Please make sure all your information including your address and credit card info is updated prior to the 15th.
  • Can I send a box as a gift?
    Yes! You can either send prepaid shipments (6 or 12 months) as a gift, or send gift cards that can be emailed or printed for your recipient. Visit our GIFT PAGE to get started. When purchasing a gift, be sure to click the checkbox at checkout that says "This is a gift" and you will have an opportunity to write a personalized message. The boxes will be shipped in branded "SHIELDBOX" boxes. Click here for gift cards.
  • Are gift certificates available?
    Yes! You can send gift cards that can be emailed or printed for your recipient from the Gear Store.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    SHIELDBOX subscriptions and Mystery Packs are currently only available to ship within the United States.
  • How does the referral program/ earn a free box program work?
    In order to qualify for a free box via the referral program the individuals you refer need to become subscribers in order for it to process as a referral. They need to subscribe for at least a month by using your referral link. The free box will automatically process once the three individuals subscribe.
  • What are CopCoins? How do you earn them?
    CopCoins are loyalty points that can be used towards discounts on new orders or renewal orders. It is the responsibility of the user to monitor and redeem points within the specified timeframe. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, including the redemption values and earning opportunities, at any time, without notice. Members are responsible for keeping their account information up-to-date and accurate. The Company reserves the right to delete CopCoins and/or terminate a member's account at any time, with or without cause. Members are responsible for ensuring that they have read and understood these terms and conditions before participating in the Program. The Company reserves the right to interpret and apply these terms and conditions in its sole discretion. The Company is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Program or its terms and conditions. The laws of the State of New York shall govern this agreement. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program or these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.   • How do I update my shipping address?
    You can update your address from your profile from the SHIPPING ADDRESS section of your profile which is separate from the Subscription(s) section/box, or by using this link: https://subscribe.theshieldbox.com/customer/edit/your_addresses You must make changes to your address prior to the end of the month, or your pending shipment will be sent to the prior address.
  • How do I update my payment information?
    You can update your payment information from your profile from the CREDIT CARDS section of your profile which is separate from the Subscription(s) section/box, or by using this link: https://subscribe.theshieldbox.com/customer/edit/credit_cards
  • Can I skip a month?
    Absolutely! You can Login to your account and modify your existing subscriptions. Click "MY ACCOUNT" and select "EDIT" under "Your Subscriptions." There will be an option located at the top right to skip the next shipment. You can cancel or skip shipments at any time. In order to skip the next shipment, be sure to make the change before the 15th of the month.
  • How do I cancel a subscription?
    You can Login to your account and modify your existing subscriptions. Click "MY ACCOUNT" and select "EDIT" under "Your Subscriptions."" There will be an option located at the bottom left to cancel your subscription. You can cancel or skip shipments at any time. You'll need to cancel the subscription prior to the 15th of the month, or else you will be billed and receive the next shipment.
  • I placed an order for a subscription, but canceled immediately, will I still recieve a box?"
    Yes. Once you place an order for a subscription the system will automatically process a charge and schedule you to recieve a box. If you cancel the subscription you are preventing future renewals and charges, but you will still recieve your initial box. If you need to cancel a shipment after payment, please email us at info@theshieldbox.com so that we may assist you.
  • When will I receive my shipment?
    ShieldBoxes ship out once per month, during the first week of each month. If you subscribed in time for the current shipment (the end of the prior month), your SHIELDBOX will ship out no later than the 10th of the month. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. The boxes are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail and are typically delivered within a few days after shipping.   • My tracking information hasn't updated yet.
    We aim to have all boxes delivered before the renewal date on the 15th. Occassionally, after the packages are picked up by the USPS, there are delays in the USPS tracking information updating. If your tracking information has not updated by the 10th, please contact support and we can send a replacement package, if necessary.
  • When do I get billed?
    Upon first subscribing, you will be billed for the first shipment immediately. Thereafter, you will be billed on the 15th of the month, beginning the month after your initial subscription.
  • Do you offer pre-payment options or annual subscriptions?
    Yes! You can send prepaid shipments (6 or 12 months) as a gift. Visit our GIFT PAGE to get started.
  • What do I do with a damaged or defective item?
    If the shipment contains damaged or defective products, contact us at info@theshieldbox.com and we will make things right. We will send out a replacement item, or offer a partial refund if the product is no longer available.
  • Can I return a shipment?
    Sorry, once your package has been shipped,, a shipment is nonrefundable. If the shipment contains defective products, contact us at info@theshieldbox.com and we will make things right.
  • I placed an order by accident/ there is a mistake in my order.
    If you mistakingly placed an order or there is an error in your order please email us at info@theshielbox.com so we can correct the error/ assist you.
