HOW IT WORKS

SUBMIT YOUR DESIGN NOW

By submitting this form, you attest that you will have permission from your department to use the design . If selected for participation in the program a release form must be signed by you and a supervisor representative from your agency

Precinct Collectors' Club Legal Disclaimer and Release Form

Introduction: Precinct Collectors' Club ("the Club") offers a unique subscription service that features custom-designed challenge coins representing police departments, units, and agencies from across the country. Members are invited to submit designs for consideration and inclusion in our monthly collection.


Design Submission Requirements: By submitting any design ("the Artwork") to the Club, the Member ("You") attests that:


  1. Ownership and Permission: You have full rights and permission to use and submit the Artwork, either as the original creator or as a representative of the police department, unit, or agency ("the Department") the Artwork represents.


  2. Authorization: The submission of the Artwork has been reviewed and approved by the Department. This approval includes the right to use any logos, emblems, badges, or other official symbols contained within the Artwork.


Verification Process: As part of the submission process, both You and an authorized supervisor from the Department must sign a form to verify that:


  • You have the necessary rights and permissions to use the Artwork for the purpose of creating and distributing challenge coins.


  • The Department consents to the use of the Artwork by the Club in its subscription service.


Liability and Indemnification: By signing this form, You agree to:


  1. Release of Liability: Release the Club, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from the use of the Artwork, including but not limited to intellectual property disputes or unauthorized use claims.


  2. Indemnification: Indemnify and hold harmless the Club, its officers, employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Artwork, including any claims of intellectual property infringement or unauthorized use.
