Our founder, Jared, created ShieldBox in 2018 with his wife while serving as law enforcement officers. They were experiencing the familiar problem of outdated and inadequate department-issued equipment firsthand. Their goal was to create a community where officers could benefit from discovering new and innovative gear at discounted prices through the buying power of a larger community. Thus, ShieldBox was born! Fast forward to now, ShieldBox has served over 15,000 officers and was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in both 2023 and 2024.
